Slamet Begjo<\/strong>, dan dihadiri oleh berbagai unsur Forkopimda serta instansi terkait, di antaranya <strong data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"808\">Danramil 1007-03 Mayor Inf. Kurmanto, Kasatlantas Polresta Banjarmasin AKP Denny Maulana Saputra, Kasatpol PP Ahmad Muzaiyin, perwakilan dari DPMPTSP, BPKPAD, serta sejumlah perwakilan instansi teknis lainnya.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"1279\">Dalam rapat tersebut, dibahas berbagai permasalahan yang masih terjadi di lapangan, seperti <strong data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"960\">banyaknya kendaraan yang parkir tidak pada tempatnya<\/strong>, terutama di <strong data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1022\">badan jalan kawasan tertib lalu lintas (KTL)<\/strong> maupun <strong data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1054\">badan jalan nasional<\/strong>, serta <strong data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1103\">kendaraan yang parkir di atas trotoar<\/strong>. Kondisi ini tidak hanya mengganggu kenyamanan pejalan kaki, tetapi juga menimbulkan <strong data-start=\"1189\" data-end=\"1238\">gangguan terhadap kelancaran arus lalu lintas<\/strong> di sejumlah titik di Kota Banjarmasin.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1792\">Selain itu, ditemukan pula <strong data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1362\">banyak tempat usaha, terutama kafe dan rumah makan<\/strong>, yang <strong data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1412\">belum memiliki fasilitas parkir memadai<\/strong>, sehingga pelanggan terpaksa memarkir kendaraan di atas trotoar atau badan jalan. Bahkan, beberapa usaha diketahui <strong data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1587\">memanfaatkan trotoar dan badan jalan sebagai area usaha<\/strong>, dengan <strong data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1647\">menggelar meja dan kursi di atas fasilitas umum<\/strong> tersebut. Hal ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai <strong data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1729\">kelengkapan perizinan usaha<\/strong> dan kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan tata ruang dan lalu lintas.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"2198\">Kepala Dishub Kota Banjarmasin menyampaikan bahwa maksud dan tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk <strong data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"1953\">meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap aturan lalu lintas<\/strong>, sekaligus <strong data-start=\"1965\" data-end=\"2101\">menyegarkan kembali pemahaman pelaku usaha dan pengguna jalan agar beraktivitas sesuai dengan peraturan dan perundangan yang berlaku<\/strong>. Sosialisasi ini juga akan menjadi <strong data-start=\"2137\" data-end=\"2175\">dasar dalam pelaksanaan penindakan<\/strong> di tahap berikutnya.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"2200\" data-end=\"2611\">Dalam rapat disepakati bahwa <strong data-start=\"2229\" data-end=\"2295\">masa sosialisasi akan berlangsung selama dua hingga tiga bulan<\/strong>, dimulai pada awal tahun 2026. <strong data-start=\"2327\" data-end=\"2432\">Selama tahun 2025 ini, kegiatan akan difokuskan pada sosialisasi, edukasi, dan pembentukan tim teknis<\/strong> yang terdiri dari perwakilan instansi terkait. Penindakan baru akan dilakukan <strong data-start=\"2511\" data-end=\"2533\">mulai Januari 2026<\/strong>, setelah masyarakat diberikan waktu dan kesempatan untuk menyesuaikan diri.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"2613\" data-end=\"2659\">Terdapat tiga poin utama hasil rapat, yaitu:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ol data-start=\"2660\" data-end=\"3006\">\r\n \t<li data-start=\"2660\" data-end=\"2778\">\r\n<p data-start=\"2663\" data-end=\"2778\"><strong data-start=\"2663\" data-end=\"2693\">Penetapan lokasi prioritas<\/strong>, meliputi <strong data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2740\">Kawasan Tertib Lalu Lintas (KTL)<\/strong> dan <strong data-start=\"2745\" data-end=\"2775\">trotoar yang baru dibangun<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-start=\"2779\" data-end=\"2892\">\r\n<p data-start=\"2782\" data-end=\"2892\"><strong data-start=\"2782\" data-end=\"2824\">Pembentukan tim teknis lintas instansi<\/strong> untuk mendukung kelancaran sosialisasi dan pelaksanaan kebijakan.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-start=\"2893\" data-end=\"3006\">\r\n<p data-start=\"2896\" data-end=\"3006\"><strong data-start=\"2896\" data-end=\"2951\">Penetapan waktu sosialisasi hingga akhir tahun 2025<\/strong>, sebagai dasar pelaksanaan penindakan di tahun 2026.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p data-start=\"3008\" data-end=\"3401\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Rapat ini juga menegaskan bahwa <strong data-start=\"3040\" data-end=\"3113\">Dishub bersama pihak terkait akan terus melakukan koordinasi intensif<\/strong>, mengingat adanya dinamika di lapangan dan perbedaan karakteristik tiap lokasi.
