Parman, Pemerintah Kota Banjarmasin melalui Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Kota Banjarmasin menggelar Rapat Forum Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan Kota Banjarmasin, Kamis (11\/9). Rapat ini merupakan tindak lanjut atas surat resmi dari Plh. Kepala Perwakilan Ombudsman.<\/p><p>Rapat dipimpin oleh Kepala Bidang Lalu Lintas Dishub Banjarmasin, Febpry Ghara Utama, S.Sit, MT, mewakili Kepala Dinas Perhubungan. Suasana diskusi berlangsung hangat dengan berbagai sudut pandang yang mengemuka. Sejumlah instansi turut hadir, antara lain Kepolisian, Balai BPJN XI, Dishub Provinsi Kalsel, Satpol PP, Dinas PUPR, hingga perwakilan PTD Kelas II Kalimantan Selatan.<\/p><p>Dalam sambutannya, Febpry menegaskan forum ini bukan sekadar menjawab aduan Ombudsman, melainkan juga menjadi momentum memperkuat koordinasi lintas instansi.<\/p><p>\u201cKita tidak hanya membicarakan rambu, tetapi juga menyamakan persepsi dalam menjaga kelancaran lalu lintas kota,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p><p>Kasubdit Kamsel Ditlantas Polda Kalsel, AKBP Dr. Dese Yulianti, juga menekankan pentingnya forum sebagai wadah sinergi.<\/p><p>\u201cDengan adanya keaktifan forum, kita bisa menentukan langkah yang sama. Hasil rapat ini pun akan dibawa ke forum tingkat provinsi agar lebih terintegrasi,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p><p>Dari sisi teknis lapangan, Wakasat Lantas Polresta Banjarmasin, AKP R. Joko, memaparkan sejarah penataan U-Turn di Jalan S. Parman. Sejak tahun 2013, terdapat lima titik U-Turn yang kemudian sebagian ditutup dan sebagian diberi portal besi. Namun, jarak antara traffic light dan U-Turn yang terlalu dekat memicu potensi kemacetan.<\/p><p>Berdasarkan pembahasan forum, disepakati usulan penutupan U-Turn dengan portal besi bersifat buka-tutup. Sistem ini dipandang sebagai solusi fleksibel, karena jalur tetap dapat difungsikan kembali dalam kondisi darurat bila diperlukan.<\/p><p>Pertimbangan teknis forum menyebutkan, dengan jarak antar simpang kurang lebih 450 meter, serta posisi U-Turn sekitar 200 meter dari kedua simpang, maka langkah ini dinilai tepat untuk menghindari titik kemacetan baru di ruas jalan tersebut.<\/p><p>Harapannya, keputusan ini dapat menciptakan kelancaran arus lalu lintas sekaligus menjadi contoh sinergi antar-instansi dalam merespon keluhan masyarakat. *(Fadli)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rapat Forum Lalu Lintas Bahas Aduan Ombudsman Terkait Rambu di Jalan S.
