Hadir pula Kepala BPKPAD Kota Banjarmasin, H. Edi Wibowo, SE, perwakilan Satpol PP, Kodim 1007\/Banjarmasin, dan perwakilan SKPD lainnya.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1634\">Sekda Banjarmasin dalam sambutannya menegaskan bahwa penertiban parkir liar merupakan salah satu prioritas utama dalam program 100 hari kerja Wali Kota. Parkir liar dinilai merugikan masyarakat dan pemerintah, sehingga perlu sinergi lintas instansi\u2014termasuk Kepolisian, Satpol PP, dan TNI\u2014dalam penanganannya. Selain itu, Sekda menekankan pentingnya revisi Perwali sebagai respons atas keluhan masyarakat terhadap kepadatan lalu lintas dan masuknya truk ODOL (Over Dimension Over Loading) di ruas jalan padat seperti Sultan Adam dan Hasan Basri.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"2125\">Menanggapi hal ini, Kasatlantas Polresta Banjarmasin, AKP Edwin Dirotsaha Putra, menyampaikan bahwa pengaturan Andalalin (Analisis Dampak Lalu Lintas) menjadi dasar utama dalam mengatasi parkir liar. Ia mendorong agar koordinasi dengan pihak pengelola parkir dan pemilik usaha diperkuat, khususnya yang berada di dekat area parkir liar, untuk mencari solusi menyeluruh. Kasatlantas juga menyoroti pentingnya uji kelayakan kendaraan truk bermuatan besar sebagai upaya pencegahan kecelakaan.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2127\" data-end=\"2536\">Kepala Bidang Lalu Lintas Dishub, Febpry Ghara Utama, menambahkan bahwa perlu segera dirancang Perwali khusus tentang pengaturan angkutan barang. Dishub mencatat banyaknya truk ODOL yang masuk ke wilayah kota dengan muatan berlebih dan modifikasi tidak sesuai aturan. \u201cTruk ODOL biasanya atas nama perusahaan. Jika memungkinkan, perlu kebijakan tegas agar truk ODOL dilarang masuk kota sama sekali,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2538\" data-end=\"2999\">Sementara itu, Kepala BPKPAD Kota Banjarmasin, H. Edi Wibowo, menyatakan mendukung upaya penertiban parkir liar namun mengingatkan agar aspek usaha kecil seperti mini market tetap diperhatikan. \u201cFungsi kami lebih pada pengawasan pajak. Bila memungkinkan, parkir di bahu jalan atau tepi jalan bisa dilegalkan sesuai regulasi, agar tidak membebani pelaku usaha dan justru bisa menjadi potensi pendapatan, terutama di kawasan seperti Banjarmasin Selatan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3001\" data-end=\"3214\">Dari pihak Satpol PP, dukungan juga disampaikan untuk pelaksanaan penertiban parkir liar secara deliberatif. Satpol PP siap membentuk tim gabungan bersama instansi terkait untuk mendukung pelaksanaan di lapangan.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3216\" data-end=\"3551\">Senada, perwakilan dari Kodim 1007\/Banjarmasin menegaskan dukungan penuh terhadap langkah ini. \u201cKami sependapat dengan Kasatlantas, masih banyak pemilik usaha yang tidak menyediakan ruang parkir memadai. Bahkan masih ditemui juru parkir liar di area Alfamart dan Indomaret yang sebenarnya kawasan parkir gratis,\u201d ujar perwakilan Kodim.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3553\" data-end=\"3888\">Rapat Forum LLAJ Tahun 2025 ini sekaligus menjadi peluncuran kolaborasi awal antara Pemerintah Kota Banjarmasin dan Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) dalam rangka pelaksanaan program prioritas 100 hari kerja Wali Kota Banjarmasin, dengan fokus utama pada penertiban parkir liar secara deliberatif, terarah, dan melibatkan semua pihak terkait.<br \/><br \/>Semoga ke depan, kolaborasi yang terjalin antara Pemerintah Kota, instansi vertikal, dan stakeholder lainnya dapat terus ditingkatkan guna menciptakan lalu lintas yang tertib, aman, dan nyaman bagi seluruh masyarakat Kota Banjarmasin.
