Apel kali ini dipimpin oleh Kasubbag Umum dan Kepegawaian (Umpeg), Abimanyu, selaku pembina apel.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"813\">Dalam arahannya, Abimanyu menekankan pentingnya kedisiplinan sebagai fondasi utama dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai aparatur negara. Ia menyampaikan bahwa apel pagi bukan sekadar formalitas, melainkan bagian dari upaya membentuk budaya kerja yang tertib, teratur, dan penuh tanggung jawab.<\/p><blockquote data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"1056\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"1056\"><em data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"1016\">&#8220;Apel pagi adalah bentuk awal kedisiplinan. Melalui kegiatan ini, kita bisa menyamakan semangat, menerima informasi penting, serta membangun sinergi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat,&#8221;<\/em> tegas Abimanyu di hadapan peserta apel.<\/p><\/blockquote><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1343\">Ia juga mengingatkan seluruh pegawai agar terus menjaga integritas, meningkatkan produktivitas, dan bekerja sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing.
