Alasan utama dari kebijakan ini adalah faktor keselamatan, karena banyak pelajar yang masih di bawah umur dan belum memiliki Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM), sehingga kurang berpengalaman dalam berkendara dan berisiko tinggi mengalami kecelakaan.<\/p><h3>Alasan Utama Larangan Pelajar Membawa Motor<\/h3><ol><li><strong>Keselamatan Pelajar<\/strong> &#8211; Pelajar di bawah umur umumnya belum cukup matang dalam pengambilan keputusan dan respons terhadap situasi lalu lintas, yang dapat meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan.<\/li><li><strong>Pelanggaran Hukum<\/strong> &#8211; Mengendarai motor tanpa SIM adalah pelanggaran hukum di Indonesia, dan banyak pelajar yang membawa motor ke sekolah belum memenuhi syarat umur untuk mendapatkan SIM.<\/li><li><strong>Mengurangi Kepadatan Lalu Lintas<\/strong> &#8211; Dengan mengurangi jumlah motor yang dikendarai oleh pelajar, diharapkan kemacetan di sekitar sekolah dapat berkurang.<\/li><li><strong>Meningkatkan Ketertiban<\/strong> &#8211; Mendorong pelajar menggunakan transportasi umum, angkutan sekolah, atau diantar oleh orang tua dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan ketertiban di jalan raya.<\/li><\/ol><h3>Manfaat dari Kebijakan Ini<\/h3><ol><li><strong>Menurunkan Angka Kecelakaan<\/strong> &#8211; Dengan pelajar tidak membawa motor, angka kecelakaan lalu lintas di kalangan remaja dapat berkurang.<\/li><li><strong>Mendorong Kesadaran Hukum<\/strong> &#8211; Mengajarkan pelajar untuk mematuhi aturan berkendara dapat meningkatkan kesadaran mereka terhadap peraturan lalu lintas.<\/li><li><strong>Mengurangi Emisi<\/strong> &#8211; Pengurangan jumlah kendaraan yang dipakai pelajar dapat membantu mengurangi polusi udara di sekitar lingkungan sekolah.<\/li><\/ol><h3>Tantangan Pelaksanaannya<\/h3><ol><li><strong>Aksesibilitas<\/strong> &#8211; Tidak semua pelajar memiliki akses mudah ke transportasi umum atau angkutan khusus sekolah, terutama di daerah terpencil.<\/li><li><strong>Keperluan Mandiri<\/strong> &#8211; Beberapa pelajar mungkin sudah memiliki aktivitas atau tanggung jawab yang memerlukan mobilitas lebih cepat.<\/li><li><strong>Penegakan Kebijakan<\/strong> &#8211; Memastikan pelajar benar-benar mematuhi aturan ini membutuhkan pengawasan ketat dari sekolah, orang tua, dan pihak berwenang.<\/li><\/ol><p>Sebagai alternatif, pemerintah dan sekolah dapat menyediakan transportasi khusus untuk pelajar atau berkolaborasi dengan angkutan umum untuk membuat rute yang mendukung.<\/p><p>Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Banjarmasin memang menyediakan <strong>Bus Pelajar<\/strong> dan <strong>Angkutan Pelajar Ceria<\/strong> sebagai solusi transportasi bagi pelajar di Banjarmasin.
